Introducing our new client engagement tool, Vello – here’s what you can look forward to:
• Vello App & Web Experience:
Now you can access your pets’ appointment information, medical records, prescription information, and review upcoming reminders. You can access from the mobile app in the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or via the web experience. Best of all, there’s no username and password to remember, all your information is pre-loaded and Vello will authenticate you via your mobile number or email address.
• Confirming Upcoming Appointments:
You will receive email and text message reminders for upcoming appointments through Vello. Reminders include
a link to confirm your appointment and preview instructions to make the most of the visit.
• Due Services Reminders:
You will receive email and text message reminders for upcoming and overdue services like vaccinations and wellness exams.
